That combination has made “The Venue at FIG” a popular pick for weddings, school events, brand activations, and conferences. It’s roughly 25,000 square feet, which is enough room to reconfigure for a wide range of event sizes. The vintage M-Line streetcar even stops right in front of the St. Paul Street entrance, an easy detail for out-of-town guests.

FIG has also hosted the Dallas Art Fair for multiple years running, which says something about how flexible the space actually is.
