How to Log In (Step by Step)

Go to the Prosper ISD website and click Parents.
Scroll down and select Skyward Family Access.
Enter your Login ID and Password.
Click Sign In.

If your district account uses single sign-on, you may be prompted to choose an authentication source before entering your credentials.

Forgot Your Login or Password?

On the sign-in screen, click “Forgot your login/password?” You’ll be asked for the email address on file with Prosper ISD, and a reset link will be sent there. If the email doesn’t arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder before contacting the school.

New to Prosper ISD?

New parents don’t get a Skyward account automatically. Your campus registrar sets one up after enrollment is complete, usually within a few school days. If you’ve enrolled but haven’t received login details, call your child’s campus front office directly.
